Spendio uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

Spendio, kişisel finans takibi, bütçe yönetimi ve harcama analizi sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama iOS ve Android platformlarında sunulmaktadır.

3. Hesap Oluşturma

• Geçerli bir e-posta adresi ile hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.
• Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
• 13 yaşın altındaysanız bu hizmeti kullanamazsınız.

4. Kullanım Kuralları

Aşağıdaki eylemler yasaktır:

• Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak
• Başka kullanıcıların hesaplarına yetkisiz erişim sağlamak
• Uygulamanın güvenlik sistemlerini aşmaya çalışmak
• Zararlı yazılım veya kod yüklemek
• Hizmetleri bozmaya yönelik faaliyetlerde bulunmak

5. Premium Abonelik

Spendio ücretsiz ve ücretli (Premium) olmak üzere iki plan sunmaktadır.

• Premium özellikler, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınabilir.
• Abonelikler, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• İptal işlemleri ilgili uygulama mağazası aracılığıyla yapılmalıdır.
• İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın politikasına tabidir.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Spendio uygulaması, logosu, tasarımı ve içeriği bize aittir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Uygulama içeriğini kopyalamak, dağıtmak veya değiştirmek yasaktır.

7. Sorumluluk Reddi

Spendio bir finansal danışmanlık hizmeti değildir. Uygulama içindeki bilgiler yalnızca takip amaçlıdır ve yatırım, vergi veya hukuki tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Finansal kararlarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz.

8. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Hizmetlerimizi herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikleri önceden bildireceğiz.

9. Hesap Sonlandırma

Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya silebiliriz. Hesabınızı kendiniz silmek için hesap silme sayfasını ziyaret edebilirsiniz.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözülür.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Spendio application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Spendio is a mobile application that provides personal finance tracking, budget management and expense analysis. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Account Creation

• You must create an account with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Usage Rules

The following actions are prohibited:

• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Attempting to bypass the app's security systems
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Activities intended to disrupt services

5. Premium Subscription

Spendio offers two plans: free and paid (Premium).

• Premium features can be purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Cancellations must be made through the respective app store.
• Refund requests are subject to the respective store's policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Spendio application, its logo, design and content belong to us and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, distributing or modifying app content is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Spendio is not a financial advisory service. Information within the app is for tracking purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate our services at any time. We will provide advance notice of significant changes.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. To delete your account yourself, visit the account deletion page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
